Will I need to bring my own ballet shoes?
Yes, you will get the most out of this class if you are wearing ballet shoes. We would suggest soft leather or canvas ballet shoes. But if you don’t have them, barefoot is fine. We don’t loan out ballet shoes, you will need to bring your own.
Will I need to bring my own tap shoes?
Yes, you will get the most out of this class if you are wearing tap shoes. We don’t loan out tap shoes, you will need to bring your own.
What should I wear?
Gym / Sportswear is fine. Anything that you can move around comfortably in.

After searching long and hard to find a dance school that offered ballet classes for adult beginners at an affordable price, I am pleased to say that The Dance Studios ticked all of the boxes for me! I look forward to attending my ballet class on a Thursday and I am impressed by the level of professionalism maintained there, the variety of options and the pace of the teaching. Adult tap class is the best thing about a Monday! I joined the class after a 10 year break from dancing - it's amazing how quickly it all comes back to you! The teaching is excellent and it's a great way to meet new people & have some fun!
